I do that but you send on hotnail????? I have hotmail not hotnail

If your rescue email address on your account says 'hotnail' then that is how you typed it in when you added it to your acocunt - you won't be able to change it until you can answer your questions, you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.
