Can I use Apple products or apps to connect to a 2005 tuner

I have a tuner that will pipe music etc through speakers located throughout the house. Each room has its own controls. I'd like to be able to use the internet and my iTunes library for music selections. The tuner is circa 2005 with only RCA connections into it. Is there any way to use my Apple hardware and Internet. House has good wifi and tuner is close to my modem and router. Thanks.
