Most recent update to my Mac Mini has driven the top bar off screen.

I just ran a MacMini update and the top rail of the screen is gone. The bottom is leaning off the bottom. Any idea how I can restore the display to its former glory? Apple wants to charge me 20 bucks to chat about it which I'm loathe to do.

I've tried all the zoom commands suggested in older posts. None of them work. Now Apple wants to charge me $20 for something they caused. Any thoughts out there?

Thanks in advance to all you brainiacs.
