Okay, if it's new ( as in, in still warranty date), Apple will probably able to replace (as they did that when my friend did it).
just go to an autorized store and show them the ipod they'll fix it if your willing to pay money
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.
