Q: i tried downloading a movie to my itunes and it successfully downloaded but will not let me play.  If i can't get this to work properly i would appreciate my money back.

I recently rented a movie from itunes and it seemed to download successfully but when i try to watch it, it give me a blank screen.  The counter at the bottom of the screen doesn't move.  Someone please help
