I keep getting this message when setting alarms lately. What in the world does it have to do with song downloads, and how do I get rid of it?

It's telling you that if you download music and you aren't on a WiFi network, that you're using your cellular data and, depending on your plan and how much music you download, you could end up paying an overage fee to your carrier.
Get rid of it by only downloading music over WiFi.
