My sons iphone is locked out and disabled and when I try to connect to itunes it is telling me that I can't until I enter the passcode. The passcode is the reason he is locked out and I need to reset the phone... HELP!!
I need to know how to get an iphone 3 or 3gs unlocked when it has been disabled. I have tried to connect it to itunes but it is telling me to enter the passcode. The passcode is the reason that he has been locked out and I need the phone reset please!! Or instructions on how to reset it.
