JavaAppletPlug-Ins - Fail

Hi,

Everytime I'm trying to repair the disc permissions, this fail appears. If i repair three times in a row, it's still there everytime. What to do?

Another thing: I can't connect to the Wi-fi internet on my Macbook Pro 13.3" unless i wait for about 15 minutes. I can connect to my router but i can't get internet. It's a Linksys E2500 router. My sisters also has a Macbook Pro and she has to wait for 10 minutes. LAN works perfectly.
