I want to change my current location, but I can't. What should I do?

I have also gotten an incorrect current location (blue dot) in iOS 7 Maps on a new iPhone 5s. It has happened on almost every drive this past weekend when I had Maps on, but when not using turn-by-turn directions.

The blue dot would show my correct location when I fist turned Maps on, but then would freeze in that fixed location, even though my car was moving. The blue dot would update only when I touched the screen to move, or wiggle, the map view.

Please fix this!
