Wiki migration problem 10.6 to 10.8

I'm having an issue with a post migrated wiki. The wiki's all show up and are existing on the new Mountain Lion server, however, there is an issue that I can only relate to permissions. When we go to a wiki as a public or authenticated user the preview content does not load nor do the controls for playing media. They show the spinning wheel until an error shows up sating it cannot load the control and to re-upload the file. This behavior is different if I log in as Administrator however, as the controls and previews load under that user but they still don't play. Once they are loaded by the administrator user

We authenticate users to the Wiki using Active Directory.

I've followed the instructions on http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5585 to migrate the wiki.
