Apple stated that iOS7 would be released on September 18th. FYI, September 18th is 24 hours long. LOL
No, it isn't release yet.
A smarter decision to make is wait a week and let others work out the inevitable kinks. A few thousand select beta testers is no comparison to hundred's of million regular users.
I guarantee there will be minor to major issues found with iOS 7, over the next few days. I am not disparaging Apple because it is impossible to account for every possible scenario and configuration permutation.
Another benefit to waiting a while is that you'll avoid the utter frustration of having to restart your iOS7 update download due to lost server connections due to millions of people simultaneously downloading the update.
So, don't be so anxious! Patience is definately a virtue in this situation.
