Calendar exchange invites duplicated to iCloud

When ever I receive an Exchange invite Calendar pops it up as two invites. One for my Exchange account, and the same copy to my iCloud account. The sender sends it directly to my corporate Exchange email, so I'm not sure why Calendar is showing it under my iCloud account. Any ideas?

I have the exact same problem - we're running Zimbra rather than Exchange, but the outcome is the same: duplicate entries in my calendar. One way around it is to edit both entries (without answering them) to point to the same (Exchange/Zimbra rather than iCloud) calendar; for me this somehow merges the two, and then I can answer the merged item.

(I'm running OSX 10.8.5)
