i plugged in my phone to upgrade and now there's a picture of the wire that connects to the computer and itune logo that wont' go away, how do i get back to the main screen? i have turned the phone off and on and it's still there, help!!
I can't do anything with my phone now, not even look at the serial number that they require for you to chat with apple. Can anyone help me?
