iTunes 11.1 - itunes match is matching a library from another computer

I just installed the newly release iTunes 11.1 for Windows 64-bit and every time I try and enable iTunes Match I get this error:

"itunes match is matching a library from another computer"

Now I'm connected from my workstation at work. My main computer at home is still running iTunes 11.

anybody else experiencing this issue?

I've tried signing out, de-authorizing, etc and still no luck!
