An error occurred downloading iOS 7

I am receiving the same error message on both my iPhone4s and my iPad2. Is anyone else receiving this error?

Not unusual for a major iOS release. Too much traffic on routers and the Servers. Try again later

I am having the same problem, I live in the UK.....maybe just because everyone is trying to download at the same time. Maybe worth trying again in an hour?

this happens because of "the very expensive stuff" in the new data center

I have the same problem, and. It's maybe all the people are trying to download in this time !

Actually what concerns me is the last time a download was interrupted half way through like mine just was my phone never worked right again and when I took it to apple to get replaced they blamed it on that reason.

Me too. Most of the time I get the error immediately after clicking "Accept" but a few times it's actually started the download but then failed after several minutes (iPad 3). My iPhone 5 was just finished....off to check it out....

My 4s downloaded fine, and is installing now.

My iPad2, the moment I hit 'download & install', it immediately says "An error has occurred dowloading iOS7." I have rebooted it twice, it did not help...

I'm having the same problem too! Too much traffic....Guess I'll try again too!

Just keep attempting to download and install. It took me several tries for it to finally start downloading.

Im from South Africa and also having problems with downloading the iOS 7 on my Ipad 2 , Iphone 5 and Ipod 5, so i think its the great demand for the new operating system that the servers are packing up. has anyone tried to download it through the Itunes store cause when i click the check for upadate is says "you have the current version" but when i update through my device then does it find the NEW iOS7... WEIRD!!!

Same here, my phone is downloading, but my iPad keeps on getting that error.
