Error here too trying on ipad retina..loads for about 3 minutes then gets error..what's up??

The Apple servers are really slammed. I was only able to get my iPhone 5 but not my iPad before I got the error. Just keep trying and eventually you will get it. Best suggestion is to to try later in evening. Good luck to you.
Ok everything going wrong. Phone will not let me found load iso7 now my macs got a iTunes download and that got a error now
Do it via itunes. You must have 11.1.0 installed in order to install ios7. Works all fine now
