Q: How can I register my ibook in paid account from Mexico

If I open a paid account, apple asks me for a tax id, but the thing is that I am from Mexico, so what can I do to sell my ibooks from Mexico in the iTunes Store.

You get a tax id like everyone else, it doesn't matter what country you are in. Just read the FAQ:
