    I m also getting notification on iphone4s with ios6 but not on  iphone5c with ios 7.0.4. I have tried many ways to get notification on ios7.0.

    Factory reset the iphone.

    Connect/sync with itunes.

    Change home network/ use 3G.

    Replace/regenrate certificate many times.

    If i am use third party API like parse then i m getting notification for ios6 and ios7 so actually unable to find out solution.

    Please suggest some way to out from this.

    Is this some kind of ******** joke? I'm so god dam sick and tired of this bug... Its been around since iOS 6 release, and the only solution is 2 make a backup restore phone and then restore from backup? Yes thats the ticket lets Restore our phones to new factory settings then restore from backups... How inept can you be? Since icloud handles contacts, mail, photos, app data and more why is there a meed to make a backup on iTunes? Some of us like to start clean on restores rather than using a backup with 1,2 or even 3 year old data on it that just wastes space... Absolutely ridiculous that APPLE and FACEBOOK cant get their **** together after 1 1/2 years of this bug.

    Do you have the two-step verification turned on in Facebook?  If so, see my post above for the solution.

    I got my solution, In my case problem was on server side's PHP Code and code for correct payload  format is

    $message = chr(0) . chr(0) . chr(32) . pack('H*', str_replace(' ', '', $deviceID)) . chr(0) . chr(strlen($payload)) . $payload;

    Thanks

    I've been experiencing problems with push notifications and the popup about connecting to iTunes for push notofications since my last update to iOS 7.0.4. Going through the discussion here it looks that the problem persists since September i.e. already 5th month. I am really disappointed that Apple has not addressed any update to solve the problem for such a long time. In general I am very satisfied with iOS 7 especially with the fact that at last multi-account emails work smoothly without hanging, however the glitch with push notifications should be removed.

    This is super late but to anyone still experiencing the problem, I upgraded my 4s to iOS7 last night. I ran into this bug right after I did. To fix it I reset my network settings. To do this go to: Settings>General>Reset Network Settings. This seems to have fixed the issue for me...hopefully it won't mess up again.

    I resolved this issue by correct the payload format of php at server side.

    The Reset Network Settings didn't work for me. But Deactivating the phone with RedSn0w did work and then when I reactivated it with iTunes all was working fine after that.
