I am having trouble with itunes

I can no longer run itunes on my windows 7, 64 bit, 2013 computer.

It messed up when i tried to update it and now it never works no matter what i try.

The installation on the new itunes always fails.

And the old itunes i try to install say that "the itunes library.itl cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of itunes" and then shuts off.

So i tried an alternative itunes application and found out not only my itunes isnt working but my ipod driver doesnt work either anymore. -_-*

Here is an image of the errors that have been occuring please help!

I have an article here for you that can help you with this issue. This article will tell you how to properly uninstall iTunes from your computer so that you can download the new version and install it, and it can be found right here:
