iBook charger LED is Orange but iBook is Not booting

The LED of the charger has an Orange light but the iBook is Not booting. Why?

iBook is from end of 2011. iBook worked Fine on friday and was not Used on the weekend!

Oh. And when I First Clip on the charger is is Green an After ~3 sec it turns Orange.
