Stuck on Terms and Conditions page!

I downloaded ios7 to my ipod touch 5. It seemed to update 100%. I was setting up and got to theTerms and Conditions. I tapped agree and NOTHING! I'm still on the Terms and Conditions and I'm frozen there no matter how many times I tap agree it won't move to the next screen. I plugged my ipod to the computer to try and reset it through Itunes snice I backed it up before. Well itunes says that my ipod cannot be used because it needs itunes 11.1 or later and to download the latest version. I have the latest version on my computer. So right now my ipod is useless and I don't know what to do. I need help!

Can you restart both your computer and the iPod touch?

kept shutting it off and turning it on but didn't work. Then I pushed the home button and power button together and did a reset which you suggested. Yay, it worked!! Now if I could only get itunes on my computer to recognize my ipod. It says I need to download itunes 11.1, which I have on the computer. Maybe itunes on the ipod needs an update.

No, iTunes comes with the iOS. Are you sure yo have iTunes 11.1? Itr just came out.. If y have 11.1 then:

Removing and reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows Vista or Windows 7

or

Removing and Reinstalling iTunes, QuickTime, and other software components for Windows XP

Removed Itunes from computer, reinstalled it. Then when I plugged in the Ipod, it worked.

Thanks, Millerman. I powered off, waited 15 minutes, then powered on and pressed the home button at the same time. Worked!! Jumped right past the agree/disagree screen. I'm on!! Yeeaahh. Thanks.
