unwanted podcast shuffle

Installed iTunes 11.1. Suddenly, when a podcast playback is complete, another random one begins to play. Shuffle is turned off. If there's another option for controlling this, I'm not finding it. (Also, the completed podcast deletes itself when it's finished, so I can't relisten if I choose to. This is also new behavior.) Help!
