After downloading the update, "preparing the update" and "verifying update" for a while, a box appears "Software Upate Unavaiable. Sottware Update is not available at this time. Try again later."
Yes I could wait, I'm just too eager to get this. Any other possible solution or at least a known cause to the problem.

The cause is multiple millions of users (literally) trying to do the same thing at the same time.
Known Cause: Excess number of users attempting to update at same time. Too many server requests to handle.
Solution: Client side - keep trying or wait for a while for server traffic to die down
Server Side - Upgrade servers to handle more requests (not likely)
It happens EVERY OS upgrade. Just be patient. You'll eventually get it.
