HELP! My iphone 5 wont turn on!! i have tried everything!!!!

I was using my phone and the battery was round 30%. I sent a text and locked the phone I put it down 10 minutes later i went to check my phone and it hasnt turned on since. ive tryed pressing the top bottom for 10 second, charging it, and nothing is working. someone please help me!
