Panoramic Photo as background - iOS 7 Gold Master

Hi,

Just wondering if the option to have a panoramic photo as a background was taken out of the gold master version of the software?

A lot of people are saying that it's been dropped but I kinda wanted confirmation of this.

If it has been dropped does anyone know why, any actual Apple devs or employees know?

If it has been dropped does anyone know/think it will be included in another version of the software.
