Q: My Macbook Pro is responding slowly when I surf the internet.

My MacBook Pro is responding slowly when I surf the internet. Also, I have removed trial versions of programs but I am not sure that I did this properly. Does anyone recommend how to properly do a disk clean up? Thanks in advance.
