Failing to download IOS7..

IOS7 did show up in software upgrades, but it has now gone, and showing 6.1.3 is the latest software, also itunes say their is an update but im unable to acces that resource.. Running an iPhone 4S, my mate managed to download it to his no problem, any help?

I imagine a ton of people are attempting to download it right now. Simple patience, maybe keep trying, and if possible, try a little later. Think of it as all those people lining up at Apple Stores + about a million more.
