    STOP FLAMING!!!

Apple, we definately know your employee reads this thread. SO ANSWER US! We want to go back to iOS6, we want our devices as it was when we bought them, it's our right to downgrade! So let us to!

Apple is NOT going to respond to you about this topic on this or any other thread on the forum. As for your "rights" you need to read the EULA that came with the device. You already agreed to iOS updates being handled just as they are.

If you want to complain to Apple , do so here: http://www.apple.com/feedback/

To be fair, there's no any agreements, no eula's, there's only one rule - if I don't like - I don't buy. If I don't buy - you loose. Ok, loose your customers if you want, come on! Want to be a second Nokia? Come on!

I'm buying Nexus 5, to tired of your stupidness...

Frankly I don't give a rat's *** what you buy. Why would you think anyone here would care? But yes, there was an agreement. If you didn't take time to read it, why would that be anyone's problem but your own?

You do realize this is a user-to-user forum and you aren't talking to Apple employees, right?

I am tired of those who can't see that there is not going to be a way to downgrade iOS and they just going to have to learn to live with it.

    So it run both ways.

I never said anything negative about iOS 7's graphics or functionality.  Show me the post where I did so.

It's not about defending Apple.  It's about you being ignorant of the actual terms & conditions of the software, or refusing to abide by them after the fact.

You failed to do proper research about iOS 7.  That's on you.  Apple made the terms & conditions available prior to you downloading the update.  Apple makes the iOS 7 available for review on demo models at their local stores, as do most wireless carriers.  There are reviews available on tech blogs, YouTube, etc.

If you do not like the iOS, then you only have yourself to blame.  Apple didn't 'make' you update in order to see the software.  You agreed to take full responsibility for the consequences of updating tothe newest available software.

If you want to voice your opinion directly to Apple, goto www.apple.com/feedback.  No one here can do anythingabout your complaints.  It's like complaining about your local grocery store to a fellow customer, instead of talking to the manager of the store.
