Q: I preordered jack Johnson album & paid for it back in July - it was released on 16 th & I was sent an email to download - I have followed instruction & it HAS NOT saved anywhere on my ipad .???

I preordered jack Johnson album back in June & have paid for it - it was released on 16 th - I followed the instructions in the email you sent to download but it has not appeared anywhere    - I have had many friends look for it but without success - pls credit my iTunes account ASAP many thanks
