iPad activation since iOS 7 update

I can not activate my iPad since completing iOS 7 update, I recieve following message wen I connect to iTunes.

"We could not complete your itunes store request. An unknown error occurred (501)"

and following message when I try to activate via WiFi:

"You iPad could not be activated because the activation server connot be reached..."
