Cannot install or update Apps in App Store under ios 7 update

Been having the same problem on my iPhone 5. My App Store opens, but when I go to download anything, the download just times out. I even see the app appear on my home screen with the "Waiting..." title, then suddenly it disappears. Has happened with many different apps, so it seems to be more than a third-party issue.

Same issue too. Spinning circle when I try to install an app. I have Dropbox in a continue state of Waiting... Maybe something down/overloaded?

The same issue here. Started yesterday and still the same. Yesterday I saw 3 new updates, clicked updated all and they all stuck at waiting. Today App Store updates page is blank but badge shows 3 available updates.

Also I can not install new apps.

Device reboot solved my issue

Check the date on your IPAD. I had the wrong date. This fixed my problem.

I'm having the same issue with the update page being blank. It's been that way for nearly a week and half of my apps are not usable. It used to be you could click on them and the update would stop, but that feature doesn't seem to be available any longer. Has anyone found a solution other than a reset?

Same problem with 7.0.2. How in the world am I supposed to use this POS?

I had the same issue and it seems to be Apple related problem obviously. I am glad to say that it has been fixed and I am able to update and install apps normally.

In settings and AppStore make sure it is set to automatically download apps

We experienced the same issue with Updates failing immediately. After some searching we found that the recently installed firmware on our wireless access point turned ON the following in our firewall:

Filter Multicast

Block Cookies

Unchecking these solved the issue.
