How can i chane my apple id, i have been locked out of my old one. I have forgotten the password and the forgot password doesnt work, it says it has sent me an email, no email arrives at any of my email addresses, i have tried the answer questions but it says my birthday is wrong. I cant install updates as it refuses to except any passwords, just says wrong password.

Probably some support links there that you can follow. You'll need to contact AppleCare for the situation you're in.
Contact the ITunes Store online.. there is an email address for them. they sjhoudl be able to wade thru this for you.
I have managed to change my apple id in users and groups, and signed into the app store using the second apple id, will see if i can get by without the old one and see what happens. I did try the link above, and it sends an email, but havent got a clue where, as my apple id was my email address and no email arrives. Tried personal data one but it says my birthday doesnt match the one on file.
