Why can't i fit my full photo as a wallpaper? I want to use a photo i had before the ios7 upgrade, but when i try to fit the whole photo as a wallpaper, it always zooms in. I dont want my photo to be zoomed in when i want to change the wallpaper, i want the whole full photo to show up as my wallpaper. Can this be fixed? I never had this problem until i downloaded the new software ios7

I kinda found a way to fit your full photo as a wallpaper. Its a bit of a hassle, but this method can be temporarly used until apple fixes the wallpaper issue. For now what i do is i downloaded an APP called PIC COLLAGE, its free. And i put one photo(or as many as you want) in the center of the collage in the app. I minimized the photo(only) so the whole photo can come out as a wallpaper. Once you put the minimized photo in the middle of the collage, you can save it and use it as a wallpaper. When your about to change the wallpaper, Zoom in into your photo collage you saved so you can fit it on your screen completely. You can even change the background of the collage which can make your wallpaper look even better when its your using it as a landscape mode. Thats the best tactic i can come up with, but it looks great even with the moving motion. You guys try it out. This could be a stress reliever lol
I'm have this same issue with my iPad 3 that I just put iOS 7 on... Even using 2048x1536 images, it just zooms in. I try to use the Move and Scale screen, but to say its behavior is random is putting it mildly. The image just reverts to zoomed in anyway when I "let go". I've resorted to using one of the "bundled" wallparers for my home screen since I can't get it to "behave" with the wallpaper I've been using for months.
I don't know if this is related, but the Move and Scale screen was even more sluggish and unresponsive before I restarted my iPad and closed a bunch of running apps and turned off background refresh.
this because of the pralax feture in the new iOS (the fake 3D thing). you can disable the paralax by going to Settings > General > Accessability > Reduce Motion. if you want to keep the paralax effect on, you have to deal with the slghtly zommed in photos.
This has not helped on the iPad 2. The wallpaper is still messed up. What can be done? Between this and the "trust this computer" question every time I connect it to my work computer, one cold guess Microsoft developed this OS. It might be Droid time!

Yeah, that peeved me off too.. It's like the iPads iOS 7 update, is really iOS 7 for iPhones & it zooms the wallpaper..
That kinda helped. But it still has a bad habit of zooming in on the photos. It does not show the full photo which is really frustating
Make your images 2048x2048 before trying to use them as wallpaper - that did the tric for me
TTurn off perspective zoom when you are position the picture and it should help
