How do you turn off voice control on a iPhone 4? Can't find where they have hidden it!

If you mean Voice Over, triple-click the Home button.
By saying off If you are using hedpohnes with mic
If you really mean VoiceOver.

It's already randomly called someone without me asking it to-just want to turn that off if possible!!
You cant turn it off, Lots of people have the same problem.. Best solution is get an android phone. apple not really bothered now with the consumer.
