What should I do when I click the "Review" button and I get a black screen?

That is not true at all Dahveed, this error message also occurs on iPhones and iPads

On my iPhone I tap review and it goes to a blank page...nothing happens!!!

Please help, when i press review a blank page shows up

I am having exactly the same problem setting up my dad’s new iPad Pro - any advice you can give would be much appreciated. I just get a blank screen when it tells me to review the account

I m facing the same problem ,when I tried to do that, the app store displayed a message saying, "This apple ID has not yet been used with the iTunes store." I m using IPhone 6s. Can you help me Bro.

I had this problem and none of the solutions posted worked. I finally was able to resolve this issue by finding another newer/up to date mac. I created a new user on this mac and signed in with my apple id. I think downloaded an app on this machine just to test. Then on my out of date mac I opened the App Store went to Store -> Sign In... This allowed me to download without doing any "Review" option.

I had this same problem when trying to sign into the App Store. Clicking review and going through the process in the App Store yields no results because it will say your apple id is already registered (it doesn't make sense because it is a bug).

FIX: What worked for me was opening iTunes and attempting to sign in. Here I was prompted with the same message, however this time I was able to put in my billing information without card info and my account became usable on iTunes and the App Store. Hope this helps.
