ios 7 can't make outgoing calls

Same was here too frustrated ... But tried *#31# it worked

it worked also for me. however, when i restart my phone or turned it off and on, it does the same. i can't make any outgoing calls again until i dial the *#31#. even updated my phone to the new ios7.1.1 hoping that it would solve the problem permanently, but still it didnt. i hope that there is something that they could do about this problem.

I suggest you speak to your mobile operator and ask them to refresh the services esp 3G service on your phone. This worked for me as well as a few others. Might help. Cheers..

It works and resolve the problem.

I have been trying to restore to the factory default and able to make an outgoing call.

Then, Call Failed again after restore to the backup file.

Applying "*#31#" resolve the problem

go to settings/general date and time then switch off ,set time automaticlly ,then change your current location ,restart your phone and it should work now

*#31# worked for me too but I'm going to think next time before I get an iPhone. Spending so much money on phone with such an issues like this is frustrating

When I tried to dial out or answer calls nothing happened. I tried this and it worked a treat!! Had to do it twice though.

Hey I ported to Vodafone and faced the same issue for 3 days continually, everything worked except outgoing calls. I came across this forum after hunting much and I toll a chance of dialling *#31# surprisingly it worked the very next moment I could make a outgoing call. Thanks for the posting such a helpful tip!

this issue is not related to network one. Problem is with only iphone. I am using airtel network.

It my first time exp with iphone and it so worst . Every time getting this issue and every time use to make *#31#. I dont thing so apple will help us to get it addressed.

SImply he can put blame on networks. still my old problem has not been resolved Yet. Now my perception has been completely changed.

THey are not confident about their product that's why they are giving replacement.
