My account is blocking me out. Please help :(

Apple keeps asking for the answers to security questions that I never answered.

For instance:

What was your first car?

What was your least favorite car?

I've only owned one car and the answers that I type apparently "don't match their records". But I never set up these questions and answers in the first place!!! This is so frustrating and I keep getting blocked out of my account because of it. The online support is useless and hasn't been able to help at all.

It's doing this on my phone, laptop, and iPad. Says it needs to confirm that I am me...

Someone please help me!
