am running iTunes 11.0.5 tells me to update to 11.0.5 so i can update to ios7 am on a mac fully up to date .......

i am unable to update to ios7 on my iphone 5 due to itunes telling me to update my itunes but i am running an up to date version 11.0.5 and says that is what i need to update to?? any ideas in what is going on pics are attached thanks.
