My app store isnt working .. it doesnt show up the apps (descriptions, pictures, reviews,etc) and also is not showing me my Apps updates..Why is that?

My app store isnt working.. When i go to the updates tab , it says that all my apps are up to date. and i know i have a lot of apps to update.. also it doesnt show apps description reviews,etc..oh and when i go to an App that says "update" it tells me that there are new terms and conditions.. and i click "Open" and then it takes forever to load.. and then it sayd "request timed out" .. so my app store isnt working as it should be Why is that?
