My mom is having the same problem, but it just crashes and then immediately reboots and crashes again. I submitted a bug report. Our other devices (ipad 3, ipod 5g, iphone 5) are not having the problem. May I ask if you have any profiles installed on the device? Also, go into settings>general>about>diagnostics and usage> Diagnostics and Usage data and find any log that has the word spring board in it. Open it and copy and paste its contents here (hold down, select all, copy). I am just interested to see if we are having the same problem.
I have no time to copy paste as it keeps on rebooting same way as your moms does.
I can only see Panic reports. 😟 😟 😟
Whopse forgot about that. Plug your phone into the computer, open iTunes, and press sync. Once the sync is complete, navigate to this folder, double click your phone, find the springboard ones, and paste the contents of one of them here. Table 1 Crash log locations.

I've this problem too. But I can't even sync my iphone 4S.
Hitting erase all settings and content seems to have helped... so far.
I had the same problem, where the phone would reboot after approximately 45 seconds of inactivity or light use. The panicking task seemed to be different, but most of the time it was the "kernel_task"(?). If I started a processor-intensive app or transferred images to the computer it would take longer for the phone to reboot.
"Erase settings and all data" also rebooted the phone halfway into the erasing process.
I finally managed to erase settings and all data after first uninstalling all apps manually. The phone has not rebooted since then!
Did you ever find a fix for this issue? I can't seem to get mine out of recovery mode :(
I'm actually an app developer and I worked together with the iOS dev team to get it figured out, but you're not going to like the answer. So for my phone, my work email and calendar sync over Microsoft exchange. For the recurring calendar events that supposedly didn't have end, they did actually have an end:2040. The problem is, 32 bit computers (like the iPhone 5 and earlier, as well as the 5c), they can only "count" time until sometime in 2036 before they run out of bits. Then, the time "overflows" and resets back to sometime in 1972. So for me, it was a glitches out exchange email. Four fixes: apple catches for overflow, your company fixes the exchange problems, you remove the calendar from your phone, or you buy the iPhone 5s, which is 64 bit, which can count exponentially higher.
Mi telefono Sí Pone La Pantalla Media gris verdosa y se reiniciaCADA rato ..
en la opcion de uso y dianostico sale ESTO.
