iOS 7 problem with Siri and the microphone

I have an iPhone 5, AT&T, 64GB, updated to iOS 7.

Siri works with Raise to speak, and with headphones with microphones, but NOT if I just press the Home button like it's supposed to do.

I've also noticed that the Speaker function in calls doesn't not work either. I can hear the caller but the caller cannot hear me. I've restored 3 times to factory settings and setup as new iPhone and no change. Anybody with the same problem? Any ideas besides going to the Genius Bar? Thank you.

I'm having this issue as well. SIRI is having problems.

I got iphone 5 and I'm on iOS 7.

Siri works fine trough bluetooth, headphones and rasing up the phone to your ear to speak... BUT if hold the phone in my had and just press the home button to bring up Siri then Siri is unable to hear my voice. I can see Siri come up on screen but Siri doesn't hear me.
Just like the people above... the microphone works fine in other applications. I have tried "Reset All Settings" in Settings menu and that did not help.

Apple, please help.
