ios 7 stuck on terms and conditions in app store

If you have another Apple device (iPod or iPad) that you haven't updated yet, you can accept the T&C on it and then download apps on your phone.

I got it to work by enabling cookies in safari settings and turning off private browsing. Cookies are probably the key thing here. Accept button will appear at bottom right of first screen of agreement.

I have spoke to everyone at the Apple store without result. This solved my problem Thanks!! Safari Cookies was the problem.

I'm having the same problem. Once I get to terms and conditions, it won't let me purchase any apps? What is the problem. The only thing it says is send by email on each of the 54 pages. Is there another way to do this outside the app store using safari? If so, hot do you get to it on your device. I've gone to apple via safari, but there is no option to accept the terms and conditions on my device.

Try:

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

Reset iOS device: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at

least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

- Go to Settings.iTunes and App stores and sign out and sign back in
