Are you frozen on the "loading itunes match library" screen?
If so, try searching your phone in spotlight for a song. The music is probably there. It's just not showing up in app. I'm having a similar problem.
i am just having problems all over ever since i updated to ios 7.. i had to do a complete restore. now i don't have any music on my phone and i don't keep it on my computer since i have everything backed up in icloud. ios 7 still acts like its in Beta just because of the issues i am having.. reboots, freezing, itunes match not working.. This is really crappy
Then you're having worse problems than everyone else. Did you update to 10.8.5 for OSX and 11.1 for iTunes?
yeah. i updated everything i was supposed to.. what gets me, is that i had ios 7 when it was in beta and never had a problem until now since it went public.
Same here, I can't see my music library in itunes match from my iMac, all my albums gone, match always stay trying to access. The music app, from iphone works normally, or at least so it seems.
I have iTunes 11.0.5 and iOS 6.1.3
I have OS X 10.8.5 and updated itunes to 11.1 and now I do not have access to my music from itunes match on my imac. The songs appear on my itunes library, however, the cloud icon keeps processing and none of my songs can be played. I do have my music on my iphone and it is working, even after updating to OS 7. Not sure why I can play my music on my iphone but not on my imac.
iTunes match is down for me on iphone and mac.
Match is also down for me after updating iTunes.
You'd think with a gadzillion dollars in cash on hand, Apple could afford enough servers to handle App Store, Match and iTunes server demand. Seriously...I'm not having "the best iOS" experience i was promised...
In the past, turning Match off then logging back in worked for me. This might not be the case for everyone, but I think the servers are probably overwhelmed ATM. I checked the System Status and it didn't show anything abnormal. So at this point it's anyone's guess.
Same issue here. I updated to iTunes 11.1, then got IOS7 onto the iPhone 4. Now I have all my iCloud playlists working fine on the phone, but my entire iCloud library is greyed out on both my 'puters, and the cloud thingy is in perpetual search mode. I smell an upcoming update, like tomorrow. If not, I'ma panic.
It's especailly bad timing since I'm up for renewal in a couple of weeks (subtle hint Apple).
So it's not that their servers are overloaded, it's a flaw in the update to iTunes. Can anyobdy else confirm?
I'm having issues with iTunes Match status icon indicating "Accessing iTunes Match" on all of my PCs and laptops. My iPhone is working fine. It has been working fine on my MacBook Pro with iTunes 11.1 since last week, and was working fine on my windows laptop with iTunes 11.1 yesterday. Both laptops stopped working something after 7pm last night. When I checked my Windows desktop this morning, it had the same issue. It was still on iTunes 11 so I updated it to 11.1 and it still has the problem.
The person I spoke with at Apple thinks I have an authorization issue and need to reauthorize my Windows desktop, which is the computer where all the local music originally came from. Doesn't seem like that is the issue given there are already a bunch of posts here saying it isn't working for them either.
I'm just pointing out that it was working for me in iTunes 11.1 yesterday until sometime last night.
Nah. All this did is take me from being able to see the cloud music, but not play it (greyed out) to now not even seeing the music since it can't connect to the iTunes Match to load the library.
