I'm gettting an error 3194 whenever i try to restore my iPhone. I already followed the steps on the help page. Is there anything i can do?

Ok. I try to restore my iPhone because i set it in dfu mode to restore it. Now im getting this error 3194 whenever i try to fix it and restore. Nothing happens it just directs me to this page which i already checked on and everything. Is there anything i can do?
