Have to put in passcode every time I close the cover on my iPad ( 150 times a day ) no thanks! How do I turn that off, thanks anyone.

Can anyone tell me how to get rid of passcode, otherwise throwing iPad in bin!!!!

iPad (4th gen) Wi-Fi + Cellular (MM), iOS 7, iPod 5th Gen
