Ever since I upgraded to iTunes 11.1, the cloud logo in the top left corner is perpetually loading, and iTunes Match isn't working at all. Anyone else have this problem and have a solution? I've already tried signing in and out, deactivating iTunes Match and reactivating, etc...

Yeah I guess, but it's strange that it's not working at all but I'm not having major problems with anything else iCloud related...

Yep, same problem here in the UK for me...
In fact, in ios device (7), if you disable and reenable itunes match, the issue is the same, keeps on the "Loading itunes Match" page and nothing happens!. I try deleting icloud account on the phone and recreating it with no effect.
Same thng here. HAd Itunes radio going fine on my mac mini after Itunes upgrade then got the itunes erroe -50. Tried all of the above...no dice. Strange thing my Ipad 2 has no problems. Upgraded to ios7 and it has all my Itunes radio stations. Perplelxed....

Same here. Tried all of the above as well. My home laptop isn't experiencing any issues but my Mac in work just isn't playing ball at all.
It's almost as if Big Apple are watching, literally seconds after posting this every single track has now returned to my library safe and sound. Spooooooky.
