Since software update 1 day ago Safari wont load pages properly. It makes several attempts and then boots me off. I can not launch Iphoto, bit defender, etc. from dock or anywhere else. Has anyone else expeirenced any problems since this update. I am also concerned something is wrong with the graphics card because of random geometric shaped tileing.

Yesterday I installed an automatic update for Safari and Security Update 2012-004. Suddenly nothing works right – Pages, iWeb, even checked on Word (4). Pull down tabs unresponsive or very slow and maybe responsive. Phatom blank page flashes on the screen. Etc. It began right after I installed the above updates. I don't even use Safari. I use Firefox. Help!
exact same same problem for me 😟 except I dont ge the random geometric patterns - (started a discussion elswhere - search under my username)
