upgrade ios7 error 4013

Hello i have the same poroblem with connection. In iTunest waiting to your iphone when i want restore my iphone 5. I was completly resignet. Yesterday i have comunnicate that Itunes have update. I download it and then ewerything go all right. I tried many metots i utwist my phone, clear but i could not do it to restore my iphone. After Update itunes restore my phone with 10 mins.

Ok Frd coming back to say i solved my 4013 🙂

My iphone had 300Mb free space .

I moved 3Gb photos to my computer in order to get 3/3.5Gb free space on my iPhone 4s

Tried again......... Et Voila

Doesn't work... Error 4013... of course when i try to update the ios7 in my iphone5... What can i do? I use original cable, i reboot the pc... nothing...!!!

Likewise my iphone is now dead as a dodo - and I have an itunes logo top half and the charger cable bottom half of the phone screen, cannot restore or reboot - think this may be a wait of a few days :/

Try all the basics:

- Install latest iTunes

- Restart PC

- Restart iDevice

- Change USB Ports

- Use another PC

- Use another OS

What worked for me:

If the above don't work then it is most likely a faulty cable. Even though it looks perfectly fine and it works really well it might be faulty. My cable is only 2 months old and that was the reason for my 4013 iOS7 error.

I have a new cable now but I had to fiddle with the old one a bit to get iOS7 to install.

I have this problem too, have tried just about everything that anyone ever said fixed anything on their iphone and still no joy! Soooo Angry, can some one at apple please wade in and save the day!!?
