Why won't App Store work after iOS 7 download?

I am having problems opening the App Store following the iOS 7 download and installation. Anybody know how to solve this.

iPad 2, iOS 7

Same issues here. I have an iPhone that the AppStore works fine on. But both my iPad Mini and my Mom's iPad 2 have the same exact AppStore problems, even after a fresh restart. I open it up, and majority of the it just sits there with a blank page. None of the buttons work and it has crashed several times after waiting several minutes on both the iPad mini and iPad 2. On the rare occasion that it works, and I download something it literally will take 30-45 minutes before asking for my password to download. And when I go back to the AppStore it just hangs not the last page I was on and none of the buttons work at all and crashes. Both the iPad Mini and iPad 2 do the same thing. My iPhone is fine though, so can't be a server issue.

So the AppStore has become almost completely useless on both the iPads. It's frustrating as ****.

Ok I had more time to play around with it. Closing apps or anything doesn't work, thou if I restart the iPad Mini and don't open any other app, and just go straight to the AppStore right after restart, it will work ok. But after using the iPad mini for a short while the AppStore app just crashes nonstop. I've had to rest the device about 4 times since to make it work again and again. Played around with my moms iPad 2 a bit more too, though it seemed to work a little better, it generally has the same exact problems. I don't know if it has to do with the iPad 2 type hardware with 3G/LTE, but it's making me want to revert back to iOS 6 so I can buy apps again without a hassle or taking forever just to enter in my password
