Have tried all this and even bear Data Loss, in the procee. Have approached Apple Store. I was told its a hardware failure. As apple does not have any repair policy, I am asked to pat INR 12,000/- and get my phone replaced with new iphone 4S. This is very surprising. I am disonant apple buyer.
Ok sorry I didn't know you had tried those steps since you never said you tried any troubleshooting yourself. If you have gone to the Apple Store and they have confirmed a hardware fault then you would definitely need a replacement.
Thanks for making an effort to reply to me. But, here my concern is paying extra. If it is a hardware at fault and only replacement is the recourse, apple should do it foe all its customers facing such problem. A universal recall is advised.
